Golden Fiber Arts Studio Classes is a working fiber arts studio that offers a diverse assortment of classes in traditional quilting, art quilting, general sewing, fabric dying and an array of other special classes centered around the fiber arts.
We sell a wide variety of art supplies for your projects, such as hand-dyed cotton, silk and velvet, fabric paint, wool felt and rovings, beads, embellishments, and are especially excited to offer hand-made art pieces by local fiber artists.
Golden Fiber Arts Studio Classes is also extremely lucky to house the dying studio of local fiber artist and well-known instructor, Heather Thomas.
Our studio is available for guild meetings, general meetings, lectures and parties both serious and casual. Just call to arrange a time!

Golden Fiber Arts Studio Classes is already working with your favorite quilt store, Golden Quilt Company, and is located directly behind it. The two spaces are now connected, so after shopping at Golden Quilt Company, come by to see us, or enter the Golden Fiber Arts Studio Classes from the front located at 1105 Miners Alley, across from Meyer Hardware. There is parking available adjacent to Miners Alley. Class supplies can still be easily purchased from Golden Quilt Company before classes.
Class Cancellation Policy
Students must cancel a class 2 days before the class is to be held to receive a full refund or store credit. Refunds will not be given if you fail to contact us within this time period.
Some classes have a minimum enrollment of three students. We will contact you two days in advance if the class must be cancelled due to low enrollment. We will give you a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. In the event of a cancelled class, we will contact you by phone and/or E-mail, so please ensure accuracy when signing up.
